1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in through Email or third-party authentication (such as Google Sign-In), or otherwise accessing or using My Day ("the App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, do not register or use the Service.
2. User Accounts & Security
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to maintain its accuracy.
- Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, PIN codes, and biometric locks associated with your device and account.
- Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities and entries logged under your account. Notify support immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use My Day exclusively for lawful personal or small-team organization, financial logging, and daily activity tracking. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application.
- Attempt to interfere with, breach, or bypass network security, database integrity, or server access controls.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or excessive programmatic queries against My Day servers or Firebase endpoints.
- Upload malicious scripts, destructive payloads, or fraudulent financial data.
4. User Data & Ownership
- Your Ownership: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights over all personal notes, reminders, expense records, transactions, and photos you input into My Day.
- Service License: You grant My Day a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, synchronize, process, and display your data across your devices in accordance with your preferences.
- Data Deletion: You may permanently delete your data and account at any time directly in-app or via our Account Deletion Portal.
5. Financial Tracking & Informational Disclaimer
My Day is a personal productivity, habit tracking, and financial logging assistant. My Day does not provide certified financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of personal transactions, tax categorizations, and investment entries.
6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Premium features ("My Day Pro") are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions or lifetime licenses through authorized platform billing systems. Detailed terms regarding billing cycles, renewal, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Subscription Purchase Terms and Refund Policy.
7. Modifications to the Service & Terms
We continuously enhance and improve My Day. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When modifications are made, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of the application following published revisions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
